“I know nothing about everything that is being said and I have not spoken to anyone at Manchester City.
“I have read the same things as everyone else and I do not know where it has come from. I only want to think about Villarreal and helping the team to do well.
“I have read about huge sums of money, but the only thing I want to focus on is playing for my team.
“It has all surprised me. I have never said anything to anyone about this and I am calm.”
