the return of Shaun Wright-Phillips
By: j | August 28th, 2008Manchester City has just announced the signing of Shaun Wright-Phillips from Chelsea.
Per the clubs web-site he said:
“Obviously I’m delighted to come back to City and I can’t wait to get started again.”
This marks the return of the young winger who in a fit of madness journeyed down to Chelsea in July 2005 for £21m. Now a few years later and obviously with his sanity returned, he will be a great asset to Sparky’s lineup.
